Kami the man that helped us was exceptional , friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the product wouldn??t hesitate to go back to the physical store to see him in the future, I cannot say the same about the Online team who do not give the same level of service at all I found them to have attitude be unsympathetic and extremely unhelpful. I will never buy anything for a furniture village Online again as a result I will go back to see Cami in the Gillingham store.

Kev and Pat came to my home and installedbuilt my dining table. They were incredibly helpful, polite and professional.
