A great experience from start to finish, apart from only having 24hrs notice to get rid of old sofa for new ????Dan and Bobby were great. Put the sofa where I wanted it and put it together. Very polite and respectful.

It is the second time we have had a delivery from the same team, Mike and Danny..On both occasions the crew were friendly, polite and professional.However I am unsure if the bed has been put together right hence the 4 star review.The headboard has four screw, 3 appear to have come through fully to connect to the bed however the 4th is only half way through.If this is connected correctly I will change to 5 stars. Our visit to Colchester branch was a great success, we bought a very attractive and easy to extend table. James Hudson the salesman was very helpful answering all our questions and demonstrating extending the table. We did not want the item delivered quickly and neither did we want it assembled on delivery because we are taking it to another place by car. He organised everything very well for us ensuring our specific needs were met. The quality of the products offered are extremely high as is the service of the employees.

I visited the Norwich store to purchase a mattress. Chris was very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. He was also very patient when I couldnt make up my mind between two different mattresses. He patiently explained the differences. The mattress has not been delivered as yet so I am unable to comment on the delivery experience.

From start to finish our experience with furniture village has been amazing from trying to pick the right furniture to suit us and our home Nigel at the Chelmsford branch was so knowledgeable and helpful, then the superb friendly and careful delivery and installation of our furniture today by the store 2 door engineers, Steve and Rhys who took specific care to ensure that the furniture was brought into the house without damage, they put together for us moved it where we wanted it and they demonstrated how to use it. Steve and Rhys were absolutely so considerate and helpful. I would definitely recommend furniture village and their delivery team and we will use them again.
