I do not like the fact that fiverr gave all the authority to the buyer. All buyers and sellers should have same power at hand, Its something you can improve on not by buyer cancelling a project without not even evaluating who is truly at fault to fix it.

As a seller on Fiverr, Im growing increasingly frustrated with a troubling pattern of a buyer exploiting the revision system to get free work. Heres how it goesA buyer places an order, and I deliver the work as agreed.Instead of accepting the delivery, they keep hitting Request Revision over and over, even when the work is perfectly fine.Their feedback is often vague things like, check again or somethings missing, leaving me guessing what they really want.I revise again and again, only for them to request more changes, all in an attempt to avoid closing the project.Eventually, the seller either begs to accept or theyll cancel the order just to get rid of the open project. And what do they get in the end? Free work and a full refund.This is a major flaw in Fiverrs system. As a seller, Im stuck in an endless loop of revisions or risk having the order canceled without any proper resolution. Theres no accountability for buyers abusing the system, and it feels like Im working for free.Im tired of wasting countless hours on these neverending cycles, and Im sure other sellers are facing the same issue. Fiverr needs to set clearer boundaries around revisions and protect sellers from this kind of exploitation.

My experience has not been good. Avoid Rajaul A. He doesnt have a process. He does it his way without asking questions and then he makes a lot of mistakes. He gave me a shopify store that I cant do anything with. I now have to pay someone else to clean up his mess.Avoid Divishha G. She has over 5000 reviews that are good but like me Im sure most would want to take their reviews back once they learn that her tutorials are out dated and her employees dont care as much as they need to about the service theyre supposed to provide. Its a scam. The bad thing about Fiverr is if you find out that youve been dupped 14 days after the works done there isnt much you can do. You cant take back your 5 stars. You cant complain because theres no one to complain to. You cant get a refund. Pay a little more for real businesses and companies to do the work.

Fiverr lacks adequate quality control across many categories. The platform has devolved into a marketplace where ordinary people sell poor quality services without passion or skill. AIgenerated stories, resumes, web designs, and images exemplify this problem. The site is flooded with unqualified providers. Ive switched to two different platforms for my hiring needs and am much happier with both the results and the reduced time spent vetting providers.

This company only takes a percentage from each transaction, but when something goes wrong, they offer no support or protection. It feels like a complete scam. Stay far away from them!

Im starting to feel that the platform is shifting to be more buyerfocused, sometimes at the expense of sellers. Even minor issueslike missing a message from what appears to be a scam accountcan negatively impact our ratings. The private rating system leaves sellers in the dark, with no clear way to understand or improve based on feedback. Its discouraging and feels unfair, especially when were trying to offer a good experience.
