Ive spent thousands on Fiverr. Recently, Ive been facing an issue of spending too much of my time meeting vendors to explain my project and for them to ghost me. They would leave the zoom meeting right away and will stop responding. I will not spend a dime on these scammers anymore. Very poor customer service and quality. Shame on this platform and whos running it.

Fiverr need to more flexible for received payment like upwork or other platform wise , local bank, us bank transfer . payoneer is now not good for transaction and too much costly .

fiverr is really a better than other as a freelancing platform but the only thing is to reduce the percentage of the order from 20 percent to 10 to 5 percent.

I love Fiverr but I notice there are many limitations. For example you cant change your usernameurl. If someone want to change the name of his company or whatever is doomed. Another example I dont like its the big fees. 20 to 25 from both sides are horrible rates. This need to get down to 15 maximum. Another thing is the gig customizations and the category system, they can improve for sure.
