I am rewriting this review to express the negative experience I encountered on Fiverr. My gigs were performing well, attracting a good number of customers and positive reviews. However, unexpectedly, my success score dropped to 4, resulting in a significant loss of engagement and a decline in orders. I am at a loss as to how to improve this situation, as the mechanics of the success score remain a mystery. I hope they will reconsider the success score or eliminate it altogether to retain talented sellers.

I am writing to formally report a suspected scam involving my Fiverr account.Recently, I was contacted by an individual through a freelance website called Fiverr. After the initial conversation on the platform, this person requested to continue the payment process via email. They then directed me to an external website for payment.On this website, I was asked to provide my personal details and card information. They stated that this information was necessary to confirm my bank details and register my account in their payment system, so that I could receive payment for my services. At that point, this seemed normal to me, as its common in freelance work to verify identity and account details before receiving payments.They also claimed that no funds would be withdrawn from my account that this step was only to confirm that there were sufficient funds available to proceed with the transaction.However, shortly after submitting my information, money was withdrawn from my account. When I questioned this, the individual insisted that I needed to send more money to complete a second verification. They claimed that the full amount along with the payment for my services would be refunded afterward.I now realize this was likely a scam. I have attached screenshots and relevant information regarding the interaction.I kindly suggest for people to be careful with this plataform and for the platafor to investigate this matter urgently and let me know if any steps can be taken to recover mine funds.
