Disgraceful website. Do not use. Open to fraud. It allowed someone to register against one of my own emails and left no means to contact support to shut this down. Update to Brendas comms.No email ticket no. received and still no means to contact Fiverr support. And as it turns out they are forcing me to contact them via this website. What a complete joke Fiverr is. Scared to communicate with me directly even though the 1 thing they do have is my email address. My initial 1 star review may have been hasty but my gut instincts were correct. WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO HIDE FIVERR. YOUR INCOMPETENCE AT OPERATING ON THE INTERNET... OR SOMETHING ELSE???

Overall, its been a mix of experiences. Half of the inquiries have been spam and Fiverr has not done a great job of weeding out bad actors yet. Also, when it comes to reaching different seller levels, it is COMPLETELY unfair to use our net earnings instead of total earnings e.g. the amount that includes Fiverrs cut as the qualifier to reach the next tier.

Ive been working on Fiverr for the past 3 years, and without any prior warning or valid reason, my account was suddenly disabled. All my hard work, reviews, clients, and earnings gone in seconds. Fiverr has ZERO respect for sellers. They dont provide any real security, transparency, or support. Their customer service is utterly useless always replying with copy paste responses and never resolving anything.On top of that, they shamelessly charge 20 on every order and even then treat sellers like garbage. The platform is completely biased and unfair. Fiverr is not a platform, its a trap stealing data, disabling accounts without explanation, and profiting off the efforts of hardworking freelancers.I strongly urge everyone to boycott this greedy, unreliable, and unprofessional app. You deserve better.

Ive been selling since 2020, and always ran into great people on Fiverr. Only downside is the hefty commission they take from freelancers. That keeps me a bit distant from the platform to be honest. Hopefully thatll change because other alternatives offer better rates with more fluid working conditions.
