Let the buyer beware is all I can say. There are contractors on the site who have not been properly vetted and thus misrepresent themselves and their skills. Once the contract is set, youre stuck with it. There is no overall complaints section which can be found easily. Feedback is limited because who needs the contractor to then troll your work online.

Used to be a good company however not anymore. Was scammed on Fiverr! They took over 300 that they will not refund even though I never received my job as the seller lied about their capabilities and was unable to help with website design. Fiverr refuses to give a refund for a job that was never completed. Be warned this company is not what it used to be. You will never see your money again and may never receive work that youve paid for.

SHOCKING! What a complete waste of time and money. We commissioned an illustrator through Fiverr to deliver medical illustrations. We gave photo refs and a previous illustration style to match to. What we received back looked like something from a 1990s clip art CD. No attention to detail, no resemblance to the reference photos, did not match the style we requested. To top it all off they marked the job as complete, even though I sent revisions back well within the 3 day response time. So basically Ive paid for a service which I havent had, wasted loads of time and have nothing to show for it.

I would like to say fiverr is the best platform but there is some issues with orders i didnt get my order earlier and now its one year a go i worked on gigs i active all night but still i didnt get orders and some people also scam on fiver fiver need to take an action on this

Fiverr needs improvement on assisting sellers to leave their thoughts about a good project done and at the end of the day buyer will still charge back and any charge back from supports leads to Account Review which is not good

I am working from 45 years on fiverr but doesnt improve new sellers and I also had level 2 account before but without any warning or any other policy breakage account was banned. Then, I statred new account for 2 years but not getting clients.Now I want to boost my account organicaly and need order to do freelancing as my main income.
