As a seller on Fiverr, the order was unfairly canceled by support despite my diligent completion according to the buyers detailed brief. I delivered the work as specified, evidenced by the brief and provided proof. After delivery, the buyer began rejecting the work and requesting cancellation based on vague quality issues and details they never mentioned in the initial brief. Fiverrs own Terms of Service state orders shouldnt be canceled for quality if the service was as described. Despite this discrepancy and my willingness to revise within the original scope, support canceled the order. This frustrating experience questions Fiverrs seller protection and fair dispute resolution practices when buyers introduce new, unagreedupon criteria postdelivery.

Fiverr support team, Im sorry to say that. I am saying this with great disappointment. As soon as I noticed that the email and other details of my account were being changed, I immediately informed your support team. However, they did not help me in any way. For almost 7 to 10 days, I kept trying, but received no proper assistance.If this is how the support team operates, then I honestly dont think anyone should rely on your support. If you cannot differentiate between what is right and what is wrong, then its really disappointing.My account was disabled without any valid reason. I have no issue with the account being disabled, but I am deeply disappointed that no one even tried to understand the situation. Someone hacked my account, changed the email and password, and as soon as I informed support, the only step taken was a temporary blockfollowed by a full disablement a few days later.It seems the support team doesnt even know how to properly handle such cases or investigate who is truly at fault.
