Shockingly terrible. I write a brief, upload my document to complete. Someone accepts my brief, and THEN TELLS me my wordcount is exceeding their offer.. What is the point in me uploading my document for them to review and then offer a 20 of what I need. Fiverr have zero customer service, so I cannot even report this to them. USELESS....

Fiverr is a great platform for both new and experienced freelancer. They partially support the buyer side a bit, I think they should also provide additional benifit to the sellers too!

As a professional motion designer, I had an extremely disappointing experience on this platform. Despite investing significant time in creating concept boards, design layouts, story board and 3D assets for a packaging project, I was left uncompensated for my work. The client stalled the project by not providing timely feedback, then used the missed deadline as an excuse to cancel.Whats particularly concerning is that the conceptual work and layout boards I provided can still be used by the client or given to other designers. The platform failed to protect my professional expertise and intellectual property, essentially allowing clients to exploit freelancers work without proper compensation.While I maintain a strong professional portfolio and have invested significantly in my education, this platform seems unsuitable for highlevel design work where the value lies in the creative process and concept development rather than just final deliverables. I would caution other professional designers about using this service.

Now this site is full of Foreign shady bait switch sellers that know they can just DELIVER without completing the gig and Fiverr will do Nothing but say theyve delivered so they completed the gig WHAT? The last gig I purchased the Highest package advertised was 100 but the seller charged me 700 to assist setting up my website when it became to complicated, they didnt Complete the work so I requested a REVISION, I contacted Fiverr to complain and was told my Money could just sit in Limbo indefinitely because there is No set time a seller has to complete a Revision.Obviously, for this type of gig a seller must have admin access, after BLOCKING Seller now he is contacting me off The Fiverr platform thru my Personal and Business info. This is a Foreign based company with mostly Foreign based sellers who may be collecting and using USA citizens Personal information, while Fiverr just does Nothing but hold on to their commissions.Im Done with their INEFFECTIVE customer service and Im reporting to the USA Government Consumer Fraud division.

The platform works very well regarding functionality. Im also very pleased that I am able to connect with people all around the world and offer my services to them. It would be nice to be able to make more updates to the gigs using mobile. I receive many messages from scammers and spammers so more could be done regarding that.
