Dont use this site, especially designers. I ordered a logo design but received a poor quality AI logo from designer. Though she said, she will do a custom design not AI. Avoid this scam. Plus the system will update the status of your order automatically to Complete though its not!!! so you cant return your money even if the work was not done or was done not properly. Support team is useless and the designer doesnt want to do cancelation. They have to be honest since the beginning that the orders are done by AI !!! The customer support reply The use of AI is allowed on our platform. So basically you will be charged for POOR QUALITY AI work. As i said dont waste your time and money.

Never use Fiverr ever again! Freelancer can complete order without buyers confirmation. Buyer can somewhere in the platform not really visible request extension to review. Other platform buyer shall actively confirm order is completed. This freelancer I hired did not make a workable website as I ordered, he copied theme from another website which turns out to required license to edit parts of the pages. He did nothing. Fiverr also could not do anything. Total waste of money and time and I had to start all over in a new platform.

I created a Fiverr seller account. During the registration process, I was required to verify my mobile number before my profile could go live. However, when I tried to verify my number, I received an error message stating that the number had already been registered on Fiverr.I raised a ticket 13191256 and explained the issue. Fiverr support asked me to provide an email address and username to confirm whether the number was associated with my account. I shared all the email addresses I have used that might be linked to Fiverr, but I was told that none of them matched any existing account.I am seriously concerned that someone else is using my mobile number on Fiverr without my permission. I have offered to provide verification and proof that I am the rightful owner of the number, but my request was rejected. Fiverrs customer service has been unhelpful, and my followup emails are now being ignored. It is unacceptable that this issue has not been addressed, especially given the seriousness of my personal information being used without consent. I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled, the team have been absolutely rubbish.

Fiverr has the Worst Review team, and Customer support. Very bad Experience, I am Graphic designer, and i joined Fiverr recently, My all clients are very happy with my work, and I have all 5 star reviews, One day, I noticed my gig image has been copied, So i report about it and reach out to Fiverr support team, I told them that someone copied my gig image, I provide all the necessary information and proof to check onto the matter, and told them to take action against it, but guess what, Fiverr disabled my account.! I have provide all proof, and relevant information, but they didnt check the matter carefully, Someone copied my gig details, And when i report about it, I got my account disabled, I dont know how its fair! Its seems like fiverr doesnt value their new sellers. I have got the worst experience.

Ive been using Fiverr as a seller and always strived to provide highquality work and professional service. Recently, I had a very frustrating experience with a dishonest client. I delivered everything as agreed I created a Facebook page, an Instagram page, and even an Outlook email. After completing the order, the client suddenly asked me to create a Gmail account instead. I politely explained that Gmail requires a phone number and requested his number to proceed. Instead of providing it, he asked me to cancel the order.I agreed to the cancellation just to avoid conflict, even though the work was already done. Later, the client left a false 1star review claiming I didnt do any work, which was completely untrue. I reached out to Fiverr support with proof of the work delivered and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, their only response was that they cant remove reviews, even when they are clearly misleading and damaging to a sellers reputation.As a freelancer who values transparency and professionalism, its really disappointing to see Fiverr ignore cases where sellers are being exploited. This kind of review system can easily be abused and has a serious impact on honest sellers trying to build their reputation.I hope Fiverr takes seller protection more seriouslyinthefuture.

Fiverr told me my Gig needed a review and that I should update it. I followed their instructions, clearly stated that I use legal paid ads through platforms like Facebook and Google, and made sure everything was transparent and compliant.What did they do next?They shut down my entire account without any proper explanation. No warning, no clear reason, and zero professional communication.Heres the real issue Fiverr still allows the Web Traffic category. Its right there on the site, and people are offering the exact same service I was. So how does that make sense? You offer a category, then punish sellers for using it legally?And the money left in my account? No one even bothered to explain how or when it will be released.Am I supposed to wait months? Or are they just planning to keep it?Thats not just bad support it feels like outright theft.I followed the rules, did everything right, and got treated like I broke some policy they wont even explain.One star is too generous.Ticket 13212124Update I already send message to your team and they already closed account they didnt care about selling you playing with us like a joke no serious actions

I received this information from a support agent the buyer has left the marketplace. These days, its common to see fake buyer accounts that message sellers but never respond. The platform didnt invest 20 in marketing as promisedthey allegedly redirected funds elsewhere, possibly related to the Israeli conflict. If youre an older seller and notice a drop in sales, youre not alone. It might be time to leave the platform and focus on building your own brand.
