I had a pleasant experience with Charley a customer service representative form Suits me who gave me a call regarding my account I was surprised to be honest as most banks don'?€™t care but after this call it shows how much this bank actually cares and how it makes you feel values rather than just another number will definitely recommend
I called customer care for a call back, I was pleasantly surprised that the call back was was quite quick. The man was called Huyen, who was extremely helpful with my query, it was about the top up charges when loading money on to my card, he explained that it was free when it through wages etc. but was charged on topping up at a pay point. He even double checked his information was correct. He was excellent at explaining and made the experience excellent.
