Customer service is very slow I've had

Customer service is very slow I've had an issue now for days where I can't view my card in the app when I click on card I've spoken to customer service via chat and it's taken 2 days to confirm my details in the app and ask how they can help me despite telling them in the beginning what the issue is.Very poor customer service so far
