I had banked with suits me for five years due to having bad credit issues . I had fraud on my account where a fraudulent party had managed to spend '? ?6612-80 in just over a solid month where my balance went down by '? ?6612.This fraudster spent '? ?3212 on three Mastercard transactions from the 24 th of March to the 1st of April .Then they had called suits me on the 1st of May and made an IBAN transfer for '? ?3400 to their Revolut account being the same fraudulent party presumably who accessed all my personal data during a holiday booking I had made through a phished e mail I had forwarded being caught trying to change a holiday booking . A fraudulent party accessed personal data against my knowledge.Suits me had reimbursed me ALL this money yesterday after two and a half months of their own investigation where I had written to them through a solicitor to explain what their legal indemnity terms were under part 4 my own solicitors found on THEIR web page. Which meant any unauthorised payments are actually covered within 13 months through their own public indemnity insurance . I was just becoming irate dealing with this. However they had rectified my issues so was appreciative. NOT for closing down my account TOO. Where ideally I would have just liked a new account number issued to me after this escapade as I had requested during the fraud issues when they had arisen. However I was relieved to receive my money back from the fraud issues after their investigation which took them two and half months to deal with .So they are a genuinely run business just to let people know who do bank with them. I had written to their partner company IDTFS who had resolved these issues. I will be more careful with personal data in the future as obviously I had been a victim of fraud unwise to myself on line. So thankyou suits me for your support '??? for five solid years banking with you You had been amazing to bank with. Thanks to ALL the team and customer service support staff at suits me limited. I am greatly appreciative of ALL your support having been through this really bad experience of having fraud against me . Where you had handled everything admirably considering what I had been through which was becoming a nightmare in itself in just one month However I am giving you all a five star review now to ALL your team players based upon my experience. Belgrace , Komail and Pavel greatly appreciated ALL your customer serviceteamsupport. Will be sorry to leave suits me bank '?? ?I never had asked for my account to be closed too .However appreciative of the support. I had never been financially ruined before especially through on line fraud issues . Only by my ex wife who had totally drained me financially in a divorce!
Still the same problem with this company ,! Needs shutting down. If anyone thinks that the reviews are not penned by themselves, the good ones , they probably like this shower. Modern day theives BEWARE BEWARE BEWARESo they reply, more lies. If they think that the reviews are real, put a bit more imagination in them, or change who writes them periodically? I'm giving up chasing MY MONEY but hopefully I will stop others from being abused by this company. See how many people I can reach by end of the year.If you want quick response, give them a review real if poss, they are quick to answer, says alot one person dealing with bad reviews, and one person dealing with all the customers, PRIORITIES not the customer.
