Very upsetting service from Rias agent just now as my mum tried to cancel her home insurance following the death of her husband, my dad. The agent made no attempt at empathy, despite my mum asking for help. He didn?? even acknowledge any response after hearing about my dad?? death. Listening next to my mum it was heartbreaking to witness such poor customer service service. There?? more I could write about his neglect, especially as he offered no idea if my mum might be entitled to a rebate for finishing the the policy early, however I?? just really angry and I will be commenting to my friends and family about this experience with Rias.
In common with many other motorists I searched the web for comparisons . I chose Rias, not because they were the cheapest, which they were not. I selected them because of the comprehensive cover offered without excessive additional cost. . I have since reinforced my choice with the customer service follow up. . A first class insurance at a sensible cost. .
AWFUL! My car insurance policy was cancelled without me knowing - no phone call, no letter. The first I knew was the refund that appeared in my bank MINUS THE ??50 cancellation fee! I called to get the insurance reactivated and was told I need to gain a new quote and there was nothing that could be done about the ??50 cancellation fee, a cancellation that I didn?? even enact ! It?? scandalous and I will be taking the matter further !
Sorry for not completing your survey earlier. My car was reinsured in May. Just been a bit busy!I would congratulate your Staff on their polite, prompt attention. The lady I spoke with was very patient, informative and responded to all my questions.
