Rias is simple, great premium price for those who want a cover on their car only. The communication was fantastic by post and the Online portal nice and big fonts colourful and easy for a pensioner. I highly recommend them but in terms of claims and how swift they are I've not come to that bridge.
My oh my what a complete waste of time! BeenBuying car insurance for over 40 years and so I know not to auto renew which I didn?? d shopped elsewhere! Cancelled the direct debit as completed my financial obligations as new company for my car! This afternoon received a nasty email stating that I haven?? paid and there is an o/standing amount???? I am getting worried about the standard of the staff of late mananging important car insurance etc never again.
Whilst RIAS offered good policy cover, their renewal price was not competitive. What made this price even harder to accept was the fact that they state clearly on their renewal documentation that it is pointless contacting them, as they won't alter their price or try to reduce it to match the competition! They must lose a great many customers by taking this approach.
