The packaging was damaged upon delivery, and this caused 3 branches of the enclosed tree to be broken.The plant itself was of a very poor quality and had quite clearly been left unwatered for some considerable time, so most of the leaves were dry and yellow. I cannot recommend this company and regret my purchase, I have emailed the company but they have not even cared to reply.

The guys from '???Store 2 Door'??, Steve and Matthew, arrived on time, were polite and friendly and finished the assembly very quickly and cleared away all packaging.
