Beautiful item, customer service a let down.I have used this company before and have had no problems with the quality and delivery of their products . On this occasion I needed an exchange same product smaller size. Over two weeks no acknowledgment from customer service and no replacement item.
Website found online. Appeared legit and UK address, so placed order. Despite being given a tracking number, it is not trackable and order never arrived. I contacted their customer service email address (a Gmail address!) with no response.The amounts involved may be small, however I believe this to be a scam site. I've looked for the address on Companies House and no mention of the Fitstraps company being based there. It also does not appear to be a registered company. I've reported the site to Action Fraud (police) and to the National Cyber Security Centre.
The straps offered by this company are no better than the '? ?5 you can get from amazon. Customer service was good initially but when 2 out of 3 straps ordered fell off within a few minutes of wearing the watch and I returned them have never received a refund.
