Good watch straps

Sent the wrong colour, then didn'???t reply to emails. Eventually got through and was offered replacements which never arrived. Now waiting for a refund.

Great service

Great service. Wide range of straps for my Versa 2 whereas Fitbit want to sell you a new watch unnecessarily. Good price. Ordered on the Saturday, arrived on the Monday. Cannot fault anything.

The charger arrived timely but sadly

The charger arrived timely but sadly did not make the Fitbit charge so I guess there is a problem with the Fitbit? It looks like the original charger but just does not charge the Fitbit.

They sent the wrong strap and then

They sent the wrong strap and then passed me onto a third party that had obviously supplied it through them.They wanted me to send the strap back at my expense for them to reimburse me after. Just send the right strap!! i told them i couldnt be bothered to go to the post office and send it back for an item worth less than 20quid. Its going in the bin! Don't buy from here.

Waste of money scam

Awful products. Doesn'???t fit watch securely, comes unclipped. Agreed to refund upon return. Allegedly return never received and still awaiting a refund.
