Received only 1 of 3 straps I paid for. No response from Fitstraps by phone or email. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. I have now disputed the payment and reported to trading standards. This company should be taken down and the proprietor held accountable for losses of consumers.

The rose gold metal strap is far to big

The rose gold metal strap is far to big but the clasp is so tightly fitted that it cannot be adjusted, I asked how I could exchange but got no response.

Steer clear!

Final update on this experience:The strap was unsuitable as it was too big for my wrist. I followed the instructions and returned the strap to the postal address on the website. However, the returned strap apparently 'never arrived'. I must advise to steer clear of this company. Read below for full story.February:I am updating this review as the strap was delivered today, after nine days. There had been no contact from the company and no reply to two emails during that time. However, I found a email address for refunds on the Fitsraps website and did have a reply today, after the strap had been received, saying it had been dispatched. A clunky experience all around. Because I have received the item I'???m going to increase stars on this review. Original review here:January:This is my first time ordering from Fitstraps, and so far I am not impressed. I ordered a strap, money was taken for it, but after six days I have no strap and there is no tracking information about it from Royal Mail, which means it hasn't arrived for delivery. I have now written twice to Fitstraps, with NO reply. This will be my last time ordering from them.

Very poor

Very poor, items not received and no communication. Site continually says '???ready for dispatch'??? but never changes and tracking code does not work.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, I placed an order with expected delivery to be 3days later. Nothing has arrived and all my messages and emails have been ignored despite it saying I should receive a response within 24hours. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ive still not received my strap

Ive still not received my strap having received an email saying it had been delivered. No notice of attempted delivery, i got the confirmation of order then an email asking for a review
