Just like the original

Looking for a different colour strap for my Fitbit Inspire 2, couldn't find one on Fitbit site but chanced upon Fitstrap, loads of colours, ordered the white and the blue, arrived promptly and of excellent quality.Would recommend.

Great customer service

Buyer Beware !!!!

Buyer Beware !!!!! Like others have experienced , this company has basically stolen my money . The Fitbit strap ordered for my daughter was stiff and didn'???t fit easily so in good faith I returned it paying postage having emailed them 4 times with photo evidence of the faulty strap , return postage receipt and screen shot of bank balance initial payment . They have not responded despite my emails and it is now over a month .
