No delivery & no response

I'm more than happy to change this if problem is resolved but I am frustrated that when trying to contact to chase an order which hasn't arrived, I am getting absolutely no response, so far to 3 emails, despite the website saying that they respond to emails within 24 hours. Fitstraps - please change my mind!

Two straps and watch protector

Ordered two straps and watch protector. Unfortunately one of the straps was missing when the order arrived but fitstraps sent out the missing strap as soon as I contacted them about the problem.
