Just sorry I didn't read reviews first! Changed 15 euros extra due to Brexit import taxes as I'm in Ireland but more importantly I wrongly assumed these were FitBit original straps but they are cheap and obviously sourced from a third party, my packaging had Inspire spelled as Inspure ! If I had wanted to pay top price for non original straps I would have sourced locally. You live you learn!
Made an order, said it had dispatched. Waited an age for it and then contacted customer service only to find out it had been '???lost by royal mail'???. Then another update saying the strap I ordered was now out of stock. Did get a refund and was helped by '???Andy'??? who was very pleasant. But ended with no watch strap at all so not a very successful online shopping experience. Won'???t be shopping with this company again
You pay top dollar thinking that you are getting genuine fitbit straps and all you get are cheap nasty items that are not fit for purpose. Don't expect your item to last beyond 6 months! You can get the same quality as these from another site which accommodates the selling of cheap nasty stuff and it will cost a fraction of what these robbers charge and it will last you just as long.Save your hard earned money and don't buy from these
