Had an issue with the new strap

Had an issue with the new strap arriving with a retaining pin missing. Not a problem as Andy took it on board to sort out himself & had another strap sent.1st class service.

The strap didn't fit even though it was

The strap didn't fit even though it was suppose to be a verse 4 strap. When I wrote to customer services they said the verse 3 straps can also fit a v4. Unfortunately it didn't and it also looked slightly different to the one I ordered. I've returned the product waiting for a refund.

I received two extra large straps and I didn't receive one item. I bought 3 straps and I did'nt receive the leather strap.

A great strap, delivered on time - even between Christmas and New Year. Love the material - softer and more malleable than the original strap that came with my Fenix 6S so it's a more comfortable fit. I also love the colour.
