Review Time
Everything! First could not find us, then said it was bigger than was thought so would have to find a suitable courier, a few days later you said it was lost, then a couple of days later you still couldn't find it. I then cancelled it with Amazon who gave me a refund when I explained the situation. Yesterday, even though I had informed you I had cancelled the order, I had an email to say if you find it they would send it to me if it is found! I can't say how annoying and frustrating it has been.
I get anxious when I find out Evri have my purchase. That is beause they almos always miss timeslots and don't inform me. A parcel was meant to be delivered 3 hours ago. It is almost 9:30pm, and I am wondering if it is still coming tonight. They are more than useless.Update: Evri replied to this instantly. They do this using an API which notifies them of new reviews. If the review is bad they reply by pasting the generic reply. So, fully automated, zero interaction from a customer service representative.
