Review Time
I doubt to be a worse courier service provider out there. Last "exceptional service" was provided today when they were supposed to collect a parcel and they notified me they will do a collection between 16:30-18:30. But 4 hours befor that they sent me a message saying that I wasn't in. When both myself and my wife work from home and the only way to reach us is by buzzing an extremely loud intercom. And they are not planning to come again the next day but in exactly 7 days time. And if I found another guy who is not in the right mood to collect it, I will celebrate xmas before they do what they are paid to do.
Parcel never arrived even though vans GPS showed as near my house, proof of delivery picture showed only the parcel and no indication of where it mightve been left, customer service shocking no attempt made to contact courier to find out where the parcel was I was just advised to try all immediate neighbours which I had already done before reporting the parcel as missing, all 24 addresses that were within a minutes walk of the vans GPS location. Parcel never found
