You and your CEO should be ashamed A standard reply.One of your drivers caused damage to a my garage door by pulling so hard,it came off it's hinges by trying to open it and shoved the box underneath and damaged the delivery. Although he was seen carrying the box dumping it on the doorstep and me asking him on the video doorbell to leave it in the shed which is next to the garage and my safe.place with a photo of it on your app. You said you wouldn't accept it as I didn't have a photo of him doing it. I'm disabled and you have basically said I lied. Because although Evri are renowned for it, you call your customers liars.At least reply with a genuine personal reply and not a template.Once again a joke.Sleep well, while people are suffering mentally and your company certainly cause alot of it too.Believe me I know I worked for a large UK retailer wh are reviewing their contract with you, because of the complaints and lack of customer service.And even we didn't have a number to call you on. And they never reply.Your a joke and a disgrace
Waiting for my parcel to be delivered it's been sitting in Evri gateway since 2nd June. I have now been told parcel is missing contact seller why should I contact seller when it's Evri that has lost my parcel. I'm now ?17.96 out off pocket because of Evri incompetence. Worst delivery company ever.
