Leaving it in places that were not requested.

I’m not sure why because I have not requested this anywhere but my parcels keep being sent to my neighbours house. She’s an elderly sick lady and it just frustrates me that she has to be the one receiving it, when in reality, at the event I’m not home. The parcel should go back into the holding place/ leave a card at my place so I can collect later.
