AliExpress stating delivery of parcel?

AliExpress stating delivery of parcel?Tried to contact Evri via phone and was automatically informed I would get a call back within 24 hours, now 32 hours later and as expected, NOTHING RECEIVEDCalled automated number again and was told we were looking into the issue. Absolute shocking company.Looks like they have delivered the parcel to a village in Derbyshire that my street is named after.What an absolute disgrace of a parcel delivery company.Thanks for the reply Becky.But, if you had taken the time to read my review you would have noticed I have called that number, I'm still waiting for a reply from your company, they say, will be within 24 hours and now it's 34 hours since I called.So your reply was very much like your company, no interested in what your doing.

Bad communication

I was not informed that the delivery was going to be late. On the email I received it didn't show my flat number. The parcel arrived much later and I had to give instructions to the driver to enter the building and to where my flat was situated. Once i saw the driver, he did not ask for my name and just was going to handle the parcel to me , until I reminded him it was a legal requirement so you actually give the parcel to the correct person. There was no phone contact number to find out about the delay in the time of delivery as Evri was closed.
