Waited in all day for a parcel to be picked up

Waited in all day for a parcel to be picked up. Was given a time then this was changed. Time for parcel to be picked up has passed have checked on the tracking says they attempted to pick parcel up but says has already been picked up which is a lie no one has been to pick the parcel up

Complete fiss

Your courier failed to turn up to collect my parcel and yet I have received an email to say that they have it. Can’t speak to anyone Can’t contact anyone. A rubbish service.
