States evri will attempt delivery 3 times on first attempt drive left packages at the front door in full view of everyone walking past, two parcels were left there one contained ?120 worth of perfume and both packages have been stolen I also have the cctv of both the driver leaving them and the theft of them, not on, rubbish currier service no care given at all,
This is not the first time the driver logs in false information on delivery attempts and, when he delivers, he doesn't ring the bell and leaves the parcel unattended in a communal area where thieves usually steal parcels from. The driver needs to be accountable for the unprofessional service he is doing (my neighbors have been complaining about the same) and stop doing that.To EVRI:Before I receive a reply with the same script again (like in all my other reviews) to pretend you care about this, you can request my details and contact me directly.
