I get anxious when I find out Evri have my purchase. That is beause they almos always miss timeslots and don't inform me. A parcel was meant to be delivered 3 hours ago. It is almost 9:30pm, and I am wondering if it is still coming tonight. They are more than useless.Update: Evri replied to this instantly. They do this using an API which notifies them of new reviews. If the review is bad they reply by pasting the generic reply. So, fully automated, zero interaction from a customer service representative.
