Booked delivery for after 1pm came mid-morning, getting me up after working night, told the delivery man to leave on the doorstep via intercom, so didn't realise it was the TV as I was also expecting another delivery.So I didn't get the installation and the packaging removed. Bloody well done Currys.
I entered the store a little stressed as our TV had broken the day before, and my Husband who is still recovering from his problems of a stroke and totally relied on the TV and was getting upset, After trying to understand different aspects of technology used now at home. I approach Hedley (on receipt) who was so understanding and helped me make my choice from the ideas I had to make a purchase which we are very happy with.
