Visited the ladies at Yates Lodge today

Visited the ladies at Yates Lodge today to help facilitate a crafting afternoon. Jo the manager as always was polite, friendly, helpful not only with me but also the residents. The building is well cared for and always welcoming and Jo has a wealth of knowledge and experience meaning she is well placed here and that she actually cares about what she does. Its a pleasure to visit a site so geared up around the residents and i can see from thier interactions that Jo is highly thought of by them.

Elmhirst Lodge

It is now just over a year since I moved to Elmhirst Lodge. I visited several times to view the Lodge and its location in Totnes before finally deciding it was tje right place for me.Joe our lodge manager has from the very beginning been helpful in settling us in helping us in solving problems and above all he is person easy to talk to and liked by the residents.

Beautiful room

Beautiful room tastefully decorated, very clean.Lots of added extras tea, coffee,hairdryer,tissues,huge fluffy towels.Lovely location and lovely people Fiona was wonderful extremely helpful a lovely lady very passionate about what she does and it shows. Thanks for such a great stay in such a lovely place made the time I spent with my lovely Mum even more special x

Wendy is certainly an asset to

Wendy is certainly an asset to Waterside Lodge in Tonbridge. Her patience and empathy are obvious in the way she manages the various challenges ; that come from meeting the needs of the residents . Her upbeat approach and diligence in finding a way forward where ever possible, has been a great help for my mother over the past 8 years, and I hope she carry’s on.

Lovely room however

Lovely room however, you may wish to think about buying some summer quilts for the summer as the ones on the bed are quite heavy and thick, which is great for the winter. The mattresses need flipping Over as the is a dip where people have been lying on one side and therefore you keep rolling into that dip and you feel as if you’re going to roll out of the bed. Everything else was wonderful.

Sachs lodge Torquay Always a very clean well run place managed by Jo who always goes above and beyond her duties making residents and visitors feel very welcome and and at home.

Chiltern Lodge, Princes Risborough

Have stayed at the Chiltern Lodge, Princes Risborough guest suite a number of times in the last 4 years. The suite is nicely presented and well maintained by the lodge manager. Large residents lounge an asset.

Worthington lodge

I am very lucky to be the Manager at Worthington lodge in Hythe Kent. I would like to thank my Owners at the lodge for supporting me during the year. Attending the parties I arrange. Our annual Valentines tomorrow.?? also the support for the fundraising we do. Thanks again to you all !

Catherine lodge

I moved to Catherine lodge about 18 months ago, we had no permanent lodge manager. I am now happy to report that we now have a permanent lodge manager called Pennie, who is very enthusiastic, kind, caring, and very supportive. Pennie also gives us great input into all our activities. Pennie has turned my stay at Catherine lodge from negativity into positivity.
