St Johns Lodge is a lovely community and is maintained beautifully throughout. I have been working for a number of residents living there over the past few years. It's a particularly nice surprise to see John Wakefield with his big smile making the building so cheerful even on the dreariest of days. No matter how busy he is he always makes time for people and is always more than happy to help the residents with whatever he can. John is a breath of fresh air and his hard work and friendly attitude doesn't go unnoticed by the residents and other people coming in and out of the building, he really does go above and beyond for anyone that needs his help.
I have now lived at Chelmer Lodge for a year now and have found it to be a very friendly place with a great group of residents and lots going on.Nichola, who has been the lodge manager for the past year, is a big part of what makes this a good and comfortable place to live. She is always helpful and goes above and beyond on behalf of all residents. She keeps us all informed with regular newsletters and mail drops. Thank you Nichola.
Coleman Lodge is a lovely environment where people live side by side l, independently but supporting each other.Eve the Lodge manager is caring and empathetic and will go over and above to help the residents. I'm so happy that my mom lives here
I stayed in the Guest room at Fitzford Lodge Tavistock after my mum had a hip replacement surgery. The room was emaculate with plenty of towels and the extra touch of tea and coffee making facilities. I found the room to be equal to a 5 star hotel.
We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at Tyrell Lodge, Chelmsford. The bedroom, although smaller than some, is comfortable and well equipped, we were also allowed to use the fridge - this is just great for having breakfast in bed!!! The residents we have met are very welcoming and Amanda is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. We will be regular visitors. Thank you
I moved into Parkside Court in Southport, my home town, just over two years ago and have never regretted the decision. The premises, which contain more than 50 flats, are clean, bright and the corridors are fully heated at appropriate times of the year. The gardens are mintaained on a regular basis.House manager Liz is awesome and no matter how busy is always happy to have a chat or provide any necessary help and support. The service charges are very reasonable, whilist I quickly discovered that my energy costs are around a third of those in my former three-bedroom Victorian property.I can heartedly recommend Parkside Court which also has the advantage of facing one of the town's beautiful parks, Hesketh Park, plus very friendly fellow residents.
Ive been coming down to stay in the guest - room for some time now, and my experience here has been so good. The current staff and management are so friendly and welcoming, especially Aziza who is attentive to all the residents and visitors. The guest room is so clean and has great amenities, it feels like such a luxurious experience. I really do see such a kind and welcoming community developing here, and it brings me so much peace to know my grandparents have found a place to feel safe and comfortable, I couldn’t recommend Sidmouth Churchill estate more!
I first met Bill when I moved to Orchard Lodge in June 2023.He made myself and Daughters vey welcome. If a problem arises Bill is always there to help and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Bill organises music night singalong and other activities in the lodge
