My father Jim lived in 50 Meyer court , Exeter for the last 6 years he has now had to go into a care home, he was very sad to leave as he loved living there, the current manager is brilliant and dad felt very safe and well looked after, and had a good social life. We are now ready to put his flat on the market having redecorated and put in a new carpets and vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom.
My Husband and I both have Family who live at Gilbert Lodge so decided to stay in the guest suite for the night. Wow what a lovely stay we had. Michelle (Gilbert Lodge Manager) was fantastic from the minute we booked, making it completely stress free she called me a few days before just to run through everything with me. The room was gorgeous and stocked with everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities :) The bed was super comfy too! Thank you again
I stayed at Fitzford Lodge, Tavistock, on a 5 day visit last week. It is one of the newer lodges ( 4or 5yrs old ?) & very up to date. I found the place immaculate, well managed & the guest room perfect for me.But the real plus was the welcome of the manager with a very open friendliness & nothing too much trouble.
We have recently moved to Homeryde House in Lee On Solent. Both prior to the purchase and our subsequent moving in we have been 'looked after' by the Manager Karen Harris; in fact we can honestly say she was one of the reasons we chose to buy our flat.Karen empowers the residents; whilst respecting and acknowledging that this is our home; actively encouraging us to explore changes or try something new!Karen goes over and above to help, support and advise all the people who live here; she has created a warm and friendly atmosphere with her ever open office door. This has proved most helpful to us as we have not lived in this type of property before; she has certainly made it so much easier for us and we thank her for that.
I have been a friend of many of the owners of Mounts Bay Lodge in Penzance since 2017 and I cant say how much I love visiting there. Kathy Bailey the House Manager is incredibly helpful and takes a caring professional approach to the owners. The Lodge is clearly professionally managed, and has a warm, welcoming and very sociable atmosphere. 5 star plus.
The location of Highbury Lodge Kings Heath is perfect for my needs, near family and excellent local amenities. The sales staff made the sale of my house and the purchase of my flat and the move as easy as possible.Our house manager Helen is a new friend as are the other residents.
Making use of the exchange service allowed a simple move to Yates Lodge Farnborough. The Lodge is a friendly place very convenient for the shopping centre and Main Rail station to London. Nice well equipped apartments. Great central lounge for events, and family room hire for overnight stays.
