I recently moved into Mounts Bay Lodge, Penzance from London to be near my eldest son and wife. The flat is very comfortable and has wonderful sea views. I absolutely love it here and have made lots of new friends. I join in with all the activities and social events. The manager, Kathy, is friendly, helpful and very hardworking. She makes time to help, if needed, although she has more than enough to do already. I am so happy to gave chosen to live here.
I live at Tamarisk Lodge and have just come out of hospital following knee surgery.Our Lodge Manager Debbie has been very supportive both prior to going in for surgery and since I come home. I have felt able to join in the coffee mornings and the other activities that go on and it really helps your convalescence to feel able to join in and not feel isolated in your own apartment. We had the pleasure to stay at Bramble lodge, Wallington last October whilst my partner Paul's beautiful dad Don for his 100th birthday.The experience was superb, If we lived in the UK we'd have no hesitation in applying for a residence at Bramble Lodge ourselves. Don is v v happy in his Home at Bramble Lodge.Other than the lovely amenities and location we were especially impressed by the Manager Sarah Rochford.She truly makes the lodge such a special place for the residents. We found her to be a rare and exemplary woman and Manager.Her care, efficiency, help, nurture, friendliness, engaging ways and acute observation were outstanding. Whilst maintaining complete professional integrity and care she brought joy, fun, encouragement to all the residents which was second to none.All of the residents came to our celebration for Don and Sarah helped make the sitting room look fantastic.It was a day that we will always cherish as being "just the best" As a general practitioner in Australia I consider Sarah a true gem who gives well above the call of duty. We have been delayed in writing this review to the loss of my mum, surgery & some ill health in Australiahuge thanks to Sarah & Churchill estatesDr Alicia Polakiewicz
Lodge Manager of Mitton Lodge Stourport on Severn. Rachel the Lodge Manager is such a wonderful person. My late mother lived at the Lodge where Rachel was caring and friendly. My mother felt very safe there and nothing was too much trouble for Rachel to help her. It's a lovely place to be with lots going on. It's a well kept site. There is guest accommodation and an owners lounge which enables family to stay over. Rachel is an absolute gem and we are very grateful to her for her caring ways
Sharon from Mitchell Lodge has been a massive help upon arrival, through to me leaving site. I have worked the whole day here and she has been incredibly supportive. The residents have been very easy going which makes my life easier as an engineer and I feel comfortable coming here (as always)Thankyou :)
Visit Eddington Lodge at Kendal quite often, Pamela the lodge manager is an absolute dream, she does so many things with the residents, has an eye for detail and the most down to earth person you could meet. If you ever have any concerns she will action them as her priority. The building is always clean and smelling fresh the grounds are well maintained but the best thing, you never see an unhappy face when you go there! Such a welcoming place to visit.
I moved into my flat 21/2 years ago and it suits me as I am still active and it is easy to lock up and leave.I however feel that once CEM have got your money the after sales is poor. Considering the premium paid the quality of kitchen appliances is poor- a bulk buy of the cheapest available, judging by Which reviews.
