Churchill go that extra mile and the staff also go that extra mile. John Wakefield temporary manager at New Hall Lodge in Sutton Coldfield definitely goes that extra mile. He is attentive, helpful, friendly and always on hand to help out. All of the managers have been nice but John is by far the best. It’s a shame he is only temporary the new person has got a lot to live up to. Well done John keep up the great work you are doing.
I moved into Marlborough Lodge in Kidlington 10 months ago, I was very anxious about moving out of my home I had shared with my late husband, to begin a life living on my own. All. my worries were over when I was introduced to the Lodge Manager, Yvette who gave me personal service, explaining everything I need to know, and is still very helpful to this day, should I have any queries. I enjoy what is on offer, set out on a weekly rota, which we can choose to join in with if we want to. This includes Keep Fit, Puzzlers' Club, Wine Down (my favourite!), daily coffee mornings and afternoon tea with any of the other residents who like to meet up for a natter in our lovely lounge. I have no worries now about gardening or maintenance any more, unlike if I was still living in my house. My family are so happy knowing I am settled in my new home.
I am a live-in carer, looking after a client living at Park View Lodge (under Churchill Estates Management). When I first arrived to this placement, I was greeted by Cormac, the building manager. He was extremely helpful, kind and informative. He showed me around the build, informed me of the amenities they have here and what times they are to be used. I have returned to this particular placement on multiple occasions and each time, I felt welcomed and safe, knowing that Cormac is here to help with almost anything.
Our sister moved into Marlborough Lodge Kidlington last year. Our concern was that as she had recently been widowed she might feel isolated but due to the welcome and support from Yvette, the manager, and the other residents she has settled in very quickly. On all our visits we have found Yvette to be diligent, competent and always welcoming. She is a reassuring presence.
I have recently tendered for the new garden maintenance contract at the new Charles lodge in Evesham, Worcestershire.Dealing with the lodge manager Dawn Dean, this has been an extremely pleasant and friendly experience, very approachable and happy to help with any paperwork to get things rolling.Now that we have obtained this years maintenance contract I look forward to working with Dawn and the rest of the staff at the new Charles lodge, Evesham, Worcestershire.
