I have been using the CBD capsules 3200mg for a good 6 months and they do help with winding down and sleeping better now and also using few different flavours in the vapes (all discontinued now) so will be buying the oil for my own refillable vape. The vapes are great as it topped up the amount of cbd for the daily recommended amount (if you vape that is) Have tried the gummies too, they are delicious i could eat the whole tub (i didnt, i managed to control myself haha)Also trying VIGOUR CHAGA, not long started these so not seen a difference yet, hopefully i will soon and feel better in myself.Think the menopause bundle will be my next purchase as seems to be a good seller to ladies suffering menopause symptoms. Visited the ladies at Yates Lodge today to help facilitate a crafting afternoon. Jo the manager as always was polite, friendly, helpful not only with me but also the residents. The building is well cared for and always welcoming and Jo has a wealth of knowledge and experience meaning she is well placed here and that she actually cares about what she does. Its a pleasure to visit a site so geared up around the residents and i can see from thier interactions that Jo is highly thought of by them.
