Ive been on both sides of the coin, both as an artist as well as a buyer. The website is flooded with scammers of all kinds, a completely useless support team, and full of AI generated entrepreneurs who quickly set up space thanks to gullible clients and get prefered treatment by Fiverr. Its ridiculous and I hope this burning pile of rubbish will crash into the ground someday.

I was on an International travel, i checkedIn an hotel in Dubai. And connected myself to a hotels public wifi. Suddenly i got a message from Fiverr that my ID got banned and is accused of having Multiple accounts. Which is not true. May there was somebody else on the same floor who use fiverr and may be same in services. I emailed fiverr customer support and they just send some automated emails. I have all the proofs of my checkin in a hotel and my ticket details. Customer support is not helping me. I will ask all freelancers to be aware of making this platform a career because you may suddenly find yourself stuck in an ocean with a stranded boat.

Last 2 months, I completed a 70 ordermy only order that month. After waiting the standard 14day clearing period, the money just disappeared from my dashboard. Last month, I completed two more orders70 and 10. Same story. After the funds cleared, I saw nothing.Meanwhile, Im using Promoted Gigs, which Fiverr charges me for out of my own earnings. In two months, I only got three orders through ads, and after Fiverrs cuts and ad fees, I ended up with zero income despite doing all the work.And the most outrageous part?Fiverr makes freelancers wait 14 days to access cleared paymentsand then has the audacity to offer Early Payout for a fee of 25 previously 19. Thats right they withhold your money and charge you to get it faster.Compare that to Upwork, where freelancers get access to their funds in just 5 business daysno extra fees required. Fiverr is the only platform I know where You lose 20 of every order You pay for ads that rarely convert You wait two weeks for payments You get nothing if fees eat up your earnings Youre offered faster payoutsbut only if you pay them moreThis isnt freelancing empowerment. This is daylight robbery in a digital disguise.Fiverr must do betterfor the freelancers who built this platform with their time, talent, and trust.

Fiverr has been a huge disappointment. I hired a freelancer for a simple task, but the work delivered was terribleand now the freelancer doesnt even respond. To make things worse, Fiverrs support has been silent for 7 days, and when they do reply, it feels like talking to bots with no real intention of helping.The worst part is that the platform seems to protect sellers, even when their service is awful. As a buyer, youre completely unprotected.I absolutely do not recommend itjust a waste of time, money, and patience.

I created a Fiverr account and paid for someone to help me create a logo. After I paid, I was told that my account was suspended because I had multiple accounts. This makes no sense, because that was the first time I had ever used Fiverr.I reached out to get more information and resolve the issue. They just dismissed me and gave me some generic language about their policy of multiple accounts, which didnt apply to me, and also warned me not to make another account. Strange way to treat a customer who is trying to do business through them!My main problem is the way they went about it. I can always get my job done elsewhere and another service will be happy to take my money. The issue for me was that there was no warning or helpful explanation of the issue, just a blanket suspension and warning not to contact customer service... which felt very dismissive, accusatory, and insulting. I am an honest person just trying to conduct business legitimately and I get suspended without communication of the issue.

Totally scammed by them! I created my profile, loaded my gigs and clients started to inquire which were great. The issue came in with my account verification where I had to approve the verification in my banking app and Fiverr will temporarily deduct an amount, then reverse the transaction just to confirm my account is legit to receive payments. I was promised that my account balance would not be affected in any way and yet here I am less ZAR4000, and the only way they are willing to refund my monies...wait for it I need to too up my account again, then they are going to do the test transaction again and once account is verified they will refund all monies. Apparently they had a system glitch and each verification was for different amounts and in different currency. What the actual? Now everyone is silent and I am getting NO feedback. How can this company operate like this? All instructions were given to me by the support team. They also scammed my 1 potential client out of 100 Euros. Do NOT use this platform.

I had a very negative experience with developerFrieda Winsfriedawinslow regarding an order I placed Order Number FO62DCA018FC8. I was promised the creation of a USA LLC, Stripe account setup, and other services for my Shopify business, but none of these were delivered properly.Instead, I received a halfcompleted service, which was not useful for my business needs. Despite repeated communication and delays, the developer failed to fulfill their promises and misled me into believing that everything was on track. After payment, they kept asking for more funds and offered no proper resolution.I have already reported this issue to Fiverr support and am currently waiting for a refund. I urge Fiverr to take action against this developer and issue a ban if necessary.I would advise others to be cautious when considering working with Frieda Winsfriedawinslow as their practices are deceptive and unprofessional.Best regards,
