The wrong spare parts

The customer service department initially didn’t acknowledge the issue, sent the wrong spare parts, and then instructed us to return the watch for repair, which is a huge waste of time.

Thank you so much for the effort and the time put into assisting a prospective customer throughout a potential purchase. Although I eventually had to step back from my intended purchase (a beautiful Gibson AJ), Thomann.de would have been the place to look for a great service despite the distance.Thank you very much.

Genuinely great service dude

Genuinely great service dude, returned a guitar for cash back and usually you have to drop off to DHL point to return but as I’m disabled they went the extra mile to have it collected from my house, I said they can take money off for that extra service and they still refunded me the full amount ! Genuinely chuffed. Been a customer for ten years for a reason ! (No they didn’t pay me to say this lol)

Awful delivery time, I want what I PAYED FOR

I recently ordered a guitar from Thomann, but it's already been 8 days since i payed. after checkout it said to would take 2-3 days, but was expecting delivery in just 2. Tell me why over a week has pasted? I've contacted support, and they said it would come today as of writing this. Guess what happened. it stil hasn't come, so i contacted support again. This time getting the excuse that my postal service was behind. If they knew this why didn't they say it the first time i asked surpport for help? this is all very suspicious I fon't believe it, and im starting to think i've been scammed, isn't it funny how that all happens when you finally order something expensive? At this point im gonna contact their surpport daily if not more, until i get what i paid for. This is unaccpectable service. im thinking of getting my money back and finding a new place to get the item I PAYED FOR.Edit:i've bought from here before, without issue. But the first time i buy something for over 1.000dkk it's suddenly all werid. Yeah suspicious.
