Review Time
I bought a Eurorack module from Thomann. It arrived faulty, so I requested a return / replacement. It's been two weeks since I returned the faulty module using their courier, and it still hasn't arrived with them. I've now been told it can take up to four weeks. Since it's taking so long, I changed my mind about the replacement and asked for a refund instead. They replied saying "your replacement will be sent when the returned item is received", so they're not acknowledging my refund request, and making me have to ask repeatedly.I guess this is the massive downside to buying from an overseas retailer like Thomann. All good unless you need to return something, in which case you'll be waiting a month for it to be processed, which is nuts.I'll be buying from UK sellers from now on.
Have been stolen around 400€ from Thomann France : As a lot of people know now, the Rane four controler have a lot of issues due to low quality manufacture, despite the fact that it is a great designed controler for live shows.Thomann was not able to solve my problems after months and several returns of the controler. I asked a refund and cancelation of the transaction, but they negociated to keep 400€ instead of refunding 100% of the price according to the law in this case. It is a shame and i will never order back on Thomann as i have been litteraly scammed. except if they change their mind and the german company refund the total price.
Thomann is a shameful scam!I ordered a product, paid almost 70 euros for supposedly DHL delivery, and they sent it via regular Deutsche Post. CC562694513DEThe parcel never arrived, 5 months have passed, and now they brazenly claim that it was "delivered".They didn't give me anything, there were no notifications, and no one is responsible.I lost money, time and nerves.This is not just bad service - this is a deliberate scam. I will never deal with this f* store again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.Thomann now has only one name for me - SCAM.Update 21.06.2025: After my complaint, they re-shipped the item. This time I chose DHL Express instead of their deceptive “DHL” option which was actually Deutsche Post.
oke so i had bought a expensive mic around 600euro product worked for what around 1 and a half year without a problem than interferance problem so i went and use my warranty says 1 to 2 weeks well that became longer about a month as i had to ask for when it would come back and then they would send it of course the problem still stayed so i ask a friend of mine that does a audio education study they look at it and they saw they hadnt even opened the microphone so yea only giving 2 stars cause the product itself was good not buying of them again probably
Got my son a ResoKing BK for his birthday. He's over the moon. A lot of guitar for the price. I have dealt with many guitar dealerships over the years and I found Thoman to be excellent. Not only is their equipment of excellent quality but they also keep you informed throughout the transaction. Have a look through their website it's quite comprehensive.
