I bought a Eurorack module from Thomann. It arrived faulty, so I requested a return / replacement. It's been two weeks since I returned the faulty module using their courier, and it still hasn't arrived with them. I've now been told it can take up to four weeks. Since it's taking so long, I changed my mind about the replacement and asked for a refund instead. They replied saying "your replacement will be sent when the returned item is received", so they're not acknowledging my refund request, and making me have to ask repeatedly.I guess this is the massive downside to buying from an overseas retailer like Thomann. All good unless you need to return something, in which case you'll be waiting a month for it to be processed, which is nuts.I'll be buying from UK sellers from now on.
