Trustworthy platform with almost every setting you need. But deposit with foreign dollar in Australia is not very convenient.

Future au Refund My a ?100

This company is yet to refund the a ?100 that I paid into their platform in October, 2024.After my last review of Future au on Trustpilot, they emailed me explaining how I can safely pay more money into their platform. I need the public to be aware that Future au's so-called office at Canary Wharf, London, does not exist. They have no office in London. Also, if you call them, they don't pick phone calls. After I paid a ?100 last year, I was no longer allowed access to the online app. I will appreciate it if Future au refunds my a ?100, as I am no longer interested in trading with them, they are a fraud, because all they did was collected my money, then prevented me from trading, and now they want me to pay more money. I hope financial regulators, like the FCA and security agencies, like Action Fraud use Trustpilot. They should get this company to refund my a ?100. Thank you.Dear Trustpilot Team,Future au is yet to refund my a ?100. They have also logged me out of the online account that I created to trade with them. I am no longer interested in trading with Future au. I need them to refund my a ?100. Thank you.
