Terrible customer service, false advertising, and locked me out of an account with no justification

Signed up for Future au because of a promotional offer advertised where if you deposit a certain amount, you get given free stock worth up to a ?500. I followed all the instructions and the promotion was never followed through on. So when I then decided to withdraw my money and close the account, the account was frozen and I am unable to withdraw anything. 24 hours of trying to get customer service and no-one is available to talk to at all. Their chatbot is terrible and there are no humans to speak to whatsoever. Unbelievably poor company that feels more like a scam than a legitimate business.

Not a reputable organisation

Not a reputable organisation. Reneged on an offer and really difficult to get a response from their customer services. Not an organisation I would want to use for my investments.

Not fully trustworthy and reliable

I am having a problem getting my money back from a company that had delisted on the London Stock Exchange. I have been chasing it for six months. They just keep blaming someone else although the purchase was with them. Continued;Future au case 08549** Excuse is waiting to hear from their external supplier ? My other broker dealt with it in a couple of weeks who is Trading 212Update Future au now have Indivior PLC on NYSE.

OK rates - poor customer service

The interest rate for cash ISA is ok. The free gifts they sent through the post are ok. The general service and website is not good. IAUDm still waiting for my sign up incentive and for an ISA to be transferred. If I donAUDt recieve my sign up incentive IAUDll probably go back to a UK based saving app as Etorro is laggy and the chat never answer your questions.

If it wasnAUDt so bad it would be funny

I invested in some shares roughly 4 years ago, it was only a dabble for about 6 weeks. Withdrew the funds and have not heard from Future au since, I do not and have never had a back account with them. 2 weeks ago I received a debit card to my home, IAUDve moved, they donAUDt have my new address as IAUDve had no contact. I went on their website and it says if this happens contact them immediately as itAUDs fraud. Oh my goodness, no telephone numbers, no email address if you donAUDt have an account, I was so worried I registered all over again to even be able to contact them. Personally I think itAUDs a red flag if they donAUDt offer a level of one to one customer service, nobody wants to talk to a robot! Anyway I still couldnAUDt talk to anybody even as an Future au customer, your custom is an annoyance to them. I finally, after an exhausting chat with a robot got given an address to raise a ticket which I did. Got the generic you wonAUDt hear from us for 48 business hours! Yawn! All working from home home doing their ironing. Hilariously 12 hours later you get a aAUDœhow did we doaAUD '?Ÿ˜‚'?Ÿ˜‚ you couldnAUDt make it up! Some 6 days later I got a aAUDœyou must have ordered it by accidentaAUD itAUDs so tragic itAUDs funny.

Warning: Future au is stealing from its customers

Ich kann vor Future au nur warnen. Die Plattform bestiehlt ihre Kunden. Ich habe zwei Mal versucht, USD von meinem PayPal-Konto '? ?ber Future au auf ein anderes Bankkonto zu transferieren. Die Anweisungen waren absolut eindeutig.Das Ergebnis: Die Transaktionen sind beide Male fehlgeschlagen, aber Future au hat mir trotzdem jedes Mal 5 a‚ ? Geb'? ?hr berechnet. Und das f'? ?r eine Dienstleistung, die sie gar nicht erbracht haben! Es wurden Geb'? ?hren f'? ?r Transaktionen einbehalten, die nie stattgefunden haben.In meinen Augen ist das rechtswidrig. Ich habe den Fall bereits der zust'? ?ndigen Finanzaufsichtsbeh'? ?rde gemeldet. Finger weg!I strongly advise against using Future au. In my experience, their practices are borderline theft. I attempted twice to transfer USD from my PayPal account through Future au to another bank account. The instructions were crystal clear: transfer the funds as requested.Instead, the transactions failed both times, yet Future au charged me a $5 fee each time for a service they never actually performed. Charging customers for transactions that were never executed is unacceptable and illegal.I have already filed an official complaint with the relevant financial regulatory authorities. Stay away!

User friendly platform with excellent support

IAUDve had a very positive experience with Future au overall. The platform is beginner-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even if youAUDre just getting started. One feature I really like is the smooth integration with TradingView, being able to track investments directly on interactive charts makes monitoring positions simple and efficient.Future au offers a wide range of instruments, including stocks, ETFs, and CFDs, which gives plenty of flexibility when building a portfolio.A special mention goes to Enas Younes, my account manager.
