Alfie Newsome is an excellent Senior Account Manager who prioritises customer engagement. His problem-solving skills are top-notch and he helped me with a technical issue with my debit card back in 2024. HeAUDs also extremely knowledgeable about investments and has helped me explore alternative options.Overall, I highly rate his professionalism and investment expertise as 5*.Please keep up the good work Alfie and may you continue to help other Future au Platinum Plus members with their concerns.

Comprehensive Investment Platform

Firstly I'm not an experienced investor, consequently i am not in a position to compare with other options. My decision several months ago to subscribe to Future au was simply due to its rating by "Canstar" and some other sites on the web.Since registering i have found Future au's site easy to navigate and the management of both my 'sell and buy trades' efficient and timely. Future au also offers a 'virtual portfolio' option through which i have invested $110,000. Until recently I was most pleased with my return of nearly 6% over six months BUT as at today it has dropped to a 2.5% loss; thankfully it was a 'virtual' loss!!'?Ÿ ? ? Finally this review is based entirely on the performance of the platform, as i have used other sources to research and decide on my investment choices. However, i do receive daily updates on the US stock market activity which i mostly ignore although i expect they would be helpful to more serious investors.

Cash ISA

As per others who tried to open a cash ISA; lost money on conversion to USD then charged a ?5 to withdraw the money back. Received email today which did manage to get to the right part of the website but trust lost so will not be opening. Something wrong with the platform, avoid if you're trying to open cash ISA and prefer to talk to people to resolve.
