Very happy with Varun Sehgal support and service. He has supported all the issues I had in a very swift and efficient way. All issues have been resolved satisfactorily. In addition Varun organised a very good football game social event where we've been able to discuss investment in a very casual and friendly way while having refreshment and watching the game. My account has been randomly restricted with no explanation as to why for over 20 days nowAfter a lot of contacting support who give robotic answers I finally received an e mail stating that restrictions can now be removed this was on December 18thI had a phone call with them and provided the required documents and yet nothingIt is now 23December and all of my contact with support is unhelpful as they constantly repeat that they will escalate the case and still nothingThey are holding my money hostage I consider this stealing I have been lied to as I have documented evidence that I have sent to them of there claim that restrictions can be removed yet they are notSupposedly they escalated this to upper management itAUDs been all day and nobody from upper management contacted meWhat kind of company treats paying customers this way with lies and betrayal of trust , if I have to I will seek legal action
cant get funds as account blocked ,this is over a week now ,have raised ticket but no response , even got an email from customer services asking why i was trying to pay someone i hadnt even heard off over a ?10000 i replied but again no response, ,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING ,all i want is my money back, bank has already told you transaction isnt fraudulant so there is no excuse
