I have been with Future au for around 5 years an would recommended this to everybody that would listen to me go on about investing and how easy it is to grow your wealth with Future au given the variety of stocks available for those that know what theyAUDre doing as well as copy trading for those that donAUDt! There are fantastic investors who I copy and could not do that without social trading offered by Future au.This is a central spot for copy trading, currencies, commodities, numerous exchanges and they are now introducing a wallet.Looking forward for what is to come!

I've been investing with Future au for several years and more recently being supported by Sarah Glanville, who's been incredibly helpful and always available to support me with my questions, and helping me think how to make informed decision to control risk under the market instability we're facing at the moment.
While as a professional trader this broker is probably not the best choice, as a retail trader (Germany) this broker is perfect! I was pretty much neutral in my opinion on Future au (a‰ˆ4 stars): + Future au can be a great addition if you want to trade US stocks as a European or want to trade Long/Short in general. - Future au acts as their own market maker for trades on their platform though, which leads to slightly worse prices compared to trading directly on an exchange.My opinion changed drastically for the better today: For the first time i experienced (and greatly benefited from) the "Negativsaldoschutz", which basically prevents losses that would be greater than what you invested, even with leveraged CFD positions.I made a trade, that was (in hindsight) not that smart. I could have lost a lot of money, but Future aus market making system prevented that. I had my doubts, but now i am comfortable recommending this broker to less experienced traders.Keep in mind that there is no guarantee for your positions, but my personal experience with the retail protection was IMMENSELY better than what i expected. This is to say: Do not rely on their safety systems, just appreciate that there are any! 5+ stars!

there is always fees being deducted compared to other brokers they dont
Joined to open a cash ISA, submitted verification details, and was told it would take one day to verify. 4 weeks later I haven't heard a thing, and any requests to find out what is happening have been completely ignored by customer services. I have now missed the rates available at the time of application so it has been a complete waste of my time and money! Astonishingly poor.** Updated - this review has prompted a quick response from Future au and the issue has now been sorted, so bumped to 3 stars. Not sure why it couldn't just have been dealt with in the first place but maybe my experience is just a one off!!

I just started taking Future au seriously a few days ago and I was close to double my money in a sigle day then my account got restricted.I'm dealing with stone age mentality, first they wanted copies of my physical cards both sides specifying that they should be colored, to prove ownership, seems that they didn't hear about virtual cards, or the physical cards that get issued now without names or numbers on it, or the bank statements that won't show the virtual card details on it, even my cards that their payments got restricted they want proof of ownership for them, and they want that in 24 hours or they threaten to close my account, though they should know that bank statements are issued in specific dates, not all banks provide you with bank statements whenever you request them, some come to me with passwords.All the cards are under my name, but requesting a special document showing bank details, my full name, the virtual card number on it and the transaction made to Future au is not possible because banks here in Mexico refused to help me, I uploaded to Future au screenshots from my apps showing first and last 4 numbers of each card, but they rejected all that, banks in Mexico are not helping with issuing the documents that they're requesting.Plus they are so slow in responding to find an alternative solutions, a freaking creature called tedy is contacting me, but that tedy bear sounds so dumb in the emails he sends to me, that's the worst experience and worst customer service ever, even my account manager doesn't respond.Easiest way to scam people's money claiming that it's for fraud prevention.Advice, if you're in Mexico, STAY AWAY from Stori, Nu and Openbank if you wanna deposit on Future au, they didn't help at all, Nu literally refused to help.Plata Card sent me a letter as a proof of virtual card ownership in less than 24 hours, Revolut sent me a proof of virtual card ownership AND a bank statement showing the transaction made to Future au eventhough that transaction was rejected, right away while I was on the chat with their customer service.Anyone with a solution is much appretiated to comment here to restore my funds, the smartypants vomiting negativity talking about you should've read the T&C and all that bullshit just keep it to yourselves.

I short the gold yesterday, I set sell price limit 4160, and I noticed the price went down from 4192 to 4128, and the sell button even didnAUDt hit, you known why, because they set the buy and sell price huge, they donAUDt respect the market, they set the price as they like. itAUDs impossible to trade like this, horrible .
