Review Time
For the past few years the majority of the time I have had a regular delivery driver from Evri however over the past few weeks he has disappeared and now I have had different drivers constantly, my deliveries are being delayed or lost more often than not and trying to speak to anyone at Evri is a virtual impossibility!
Evri are great as long as its all goes smoothly, my local delivery person is fantasic, but sadly they let themselves down when it comes to trying to contact them, its even worse if you are trying to contact them about a parcel you need picking up! First they can't seem to understand that it's a pickup you are contacting them about and keep saying they will look into why your parcel hasn't been delivered and once it took them over 2 weeks to answer!
