PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE could your drivers take note of the notice on our main door saying that "ALL PARCELS MUST BE DELIVERED TO TENANT'S FLAT DOOR, NOT LEFT IN RECEPTION AREAA lot of tenant's like myself are disabled & can not go down to pick them up also we never know they have been delivered. Once again it's the same complaint we here have leveled at your company but to no effect.
I am terribly disappointed in you your services first of all for notify Shein that you delivered my items when I haven't recieved them, Secondly I NEVER recieved any phone calls from you to alert me you in the area, what's the essence of giving my number. The orders you said you delivered I haven't received them please check with your couriers. .My neighbour hasn't received any parcel for me since Saturday
Last couple of times I’ve had parcels delivered by Evri they have taking weeks to deliver with not communication as to where my parcels are. Twice I was told they tried to deliver which was lies as I was in the house both times! I would pay the extra to get delivery from anyone other than Evri!
