Would give zero stars if I could. Bought a bunch of items and they were never delivered. Company refuses to refund or resend as they say they delivered it. However I have cameras on all my doors and there was never a delivery made. Company seems fine stealing from a single mother. Beware!
The grey sweatshirt I bought is discolored and it was like this before I wore and no I had not even washed it yet. And I reached out to customer service and it’s been more than a week and I haven’t heard anything from them. However, yesterday I sent them a question through the same email address and they responded to me with in an hour l. It feels fishy when they can answer a question that is likely to make them more money and the one where I ask for a change or credit but of course they have not responded kinda shaddddddy
I have made several purchases after trying on a hoodie for the first time! Now they are the only hoodies I will buy. I accidently made a mistake and purchased an extra hoodie and customer service (Brooke) reached back out to me IMMEDIATELY and handled it quickly. Best hoodies and sweats ever!
I just received comfort hoodie and pants and just put them on. Very comfortable and a very relaxing to wear. I will be talking with my friends and relatives to take my word and try comfort. I will most definitely be a returning customer. Best wishes from a Knight
So sad because me and my boyfriend enjoyed their products however, i ordered a sweat set as a christmas gift. The foam letters fell off before we could even wash it. I emailed customer service and after about 3 weeks of 1.5 week delayed responses i was finally given a return shipping label. I set the set back as a SET to be replaced. They REFUSE to send me back the sweat pants claiming they only received and verified one item (sweatshirt). Interesting since the items were sent back in the same package together maybe a factory issue with stealing??? Would not reimburse me would not send me another item. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
